Any Mini owners interested in a real carbon fiber hood?
Theres a local guy that will make anything, and he's very reasonable. He told me around $500 for one and depending on how many are ordered, less money.
I know its kinda out there but I think they would be awesome, I could even get the cut out mine has molded in also,

Simon my son would be stoked to have one for his van, i assume that it's the same as yours, his is an '87. he would like to have the same cutout like your hood has. shipping would be a bit but to have the hood it would be worth it. i guess if you can get it done, put me down for one, guess it would be a really nice birthday present from his dad! he,he,he! then i'll need one for the Scamp!
