Which ones do they use?
A shop is telling me that there are two different possibilities, one cheap and the other less cheap.

there aernt any. One is probably jus a bearing and the other may be a hub and bearing pressed together already, or different brands
I'm pretty sure you need to get the HUB assembly. Rock Auto has them for about $80 per.
On an 89 Sundance there should only be one bearing used. Like Jdwag said they are offered as the bearing by itself which will need to be pressed onto the hub and then into the knuckle.
The other option is a hub assembly, which still needs to be pressed into the knuckle, but is a bit easier to install, more money to buy. The hub assembly should come with all new wheel studs and everything.
RockAuto has both options:
Bearing only:
Timken 513006 - $43.79
BCA 513006 - $55.79
Bearing and Hub:
Timken 518502 - $54.79
BCA 518502 - $67.79
Either option will work for you, but with the prices that close to one another I would go with the entire bearing hub assembly personally.
As a side-note
The 89 Daytona Shelby's, Lebaron GTC's and all 91 and up cars have a bolt in hub that easier to replace but more money to buy. Then to confuse people they went back to a press in bearing on the neons.
