For Sale: 1987 Shelby Lancer Wheels and Relentless Racing Calibration

*SL wheels-$400 FIRM! All 4 centercaps with CS medallions are included.
*RR Calibration-$250. I have over $450 invested. It is 1987 turbo II based that is setup to run with GLHS wiring. It is setup to run in my 1985 Dodge Shelby Charger.

I will consider the following trades.
-An electronic boost controller like a Greddy Profec Type S.
    -Wideband O2 datalogger
-Nice 16" or 17" aftermarket wheels
    -Perfectly polished pizza wheels
    -Perfect grey L-body interior parts
-Aftermarket wastegate can with bracket for E housing turbo

1.5 years of my life working on a friend's Porsche Spyder replica project. It took another year to do my car. I spent alot of time sanding, resanding, wetsanding, and wetsanding again. Out of my pocket was about $1200-$1500 in paint supplies.

Where is that car now? I actually kinda miss seeing it. (Of course, I'm sure you don't! )

It is owned by the guy that owns Action Collectibles in AZ. They took it on tour when they were trying to sell James Dean related stuff.

What would it take to run the R.R. calibrated LM with a 87 SC's wiring harness? I don't know how different a GLHS harness is from a GLH/SC harness-this is why I ask. I have a SC complete parts car to use on T-IIing the convertible, and I have a g head, map and + 40's already. This cal may work for me?

The logic module itself is a 1987 CSX/turbo II logic module. A few wires have been moved around so that it will work with GLHS wiring. To convert a turbo I wiring harness to a turbo II wiring harness is easy. All you gotta do is add two AIS wires to your red logic module connector. You'd also need a GM 3 bar MAP sensor.

I know alot of Gary's cals are dyno done for each application custom. Does it do emissions and idle okay? Will the cal work okay on a 5 spd car with a stock T-II turbo, 17-20 psi, big intercooler, g head with no porting?

I do have the injectors and map sensor already.

Re: For Sale: 1987 Shelby Lancer Wheels and Relentless Racing Calibration

It was built for my Shelby Charger's setup shown here at the bottom of the page: http://www.cardomain.com/ride/267451/2. It may be too much for your setup. Gary said he tested it on a car that was built up just like mine. I had to send it back twice. It had a hard start problem that he fixed. The car seemed to idle fine. I don't have to do emissions testing, so I don't know about that.

I'll be honest. I went with the SDS because I wanted to be able to adjust my computer system myself. I know nothing about calibrations, so I'm at the mercy of the programmer going that route.

Kevin, are you wiling to ship those wheels? I'll definitely take them off your hands if you are willing to ship them.

    Maurice,

I can ship them. You just can't be in too much of a hurry for them. They are still on my GLHS and the car is stored at a friend's house about 80 miles from where I'm living. I'd have to take them off the car and have the tires mounted on my Centurions. Hopefully, my buddy at the tire store has some custom wheel boxes. PM me and we'll talk about it.

I've thought hard about it. We are about to start building a house, so I would probably be shot if I spent the money. How much were you asking?
