You can use GM Synchromesh, Redline MTL, the list is endless as I believe factory fill is tranny fluid.

Guy, use Mopar Manual Transmission Lubricant specidied for the NVT350 trans.
Later on they used ATF to keep the union winers happy, but it was at the expense of long-term durability according to NewVenture.

Some people will swear synthetic motor oil works perfect, but IMO they're killing their synchros, needs a bit of friction modifier.
