I just got a set of 11 inch rear discs for my shelby charger from an 89 shelby daytona. The e-brake assembly is pretty rusted up/the brake shoes are cracked. Are these parts still available at the dealer/NAPA, etc?

The shoes should be no problem, standard replacement parts. No sure about the rest of it. Might have to do a little bead blasting or wire wheel work on that point.
Anyone else have more info on the E-brake parts?
I got the ebrake shoes from advance auto, and the hardware from napa(adjusters and springs, ect..). I ended up using neon rear disc e-brake hardware from napa as the parts are the same, but now they show e-brake hardware on their web site for R/T brakes($13 a side for the hardware kit and shoes were ~$30 when I checked) I also got new cables from advance
i did some numbers and they ended being the same as the LH cars I think
one more quick question, which ebrake cables do I need when installing 11inch rear discs on an lbody?
89 daytona cables, or lbody ones??
you'll need the cables that match the new brakes. so 89 daytona cables for disks

I was told that the L-body cables will work for the the rear disc setups. I've got the non-vented rear discs on my Charger and used the stock cables. Works just fine.
I think either way will work, obivously the daytona cables would be longer, depends on if you have a foot brake or hand brake
L-Body E-Brake cables work perfectly with 11inch(and 10inch for that matter)Rear Discs.
