Question Help: Need measurement of Torque converter fully seated (A413) to bellhousing

I don't have my tranny back yet and I need a measurement if someone would be so kind to help.

Needs to be the A413 trans. Install the converter and fully seat (please make sure the pump drive flats are fully engaged!) and measure from the face of the bell housing to the flexplate mounting pads. The converter may sag a bit so it may need to be held in position like it would be when bolted up.

    TIA

At the risk of being attacked later.....An A670 is 1/2" minus a hair. maybe a 1/64" hair. You should be able to get the same measurement with the dif between the flexplate and the block?

I measured with a tape measure and straight edge and fiddled till all four flats were equal.

I'll take the A670 measurement with a "grain of salt" as the saying goes (I certainly appreaciate the effort! Love that Stude in your avator also!). I have couple thousand $$$ riding on this so it really needs to be dead on. My tanny is 2 months late and the converter is 1 month late or I would have the info myself by now.

    Thanks for checking.
