I have the wavlock Rod bolts and its HARD to check the clearances because the rod cap does not want to come off easybut most came out to .0015 on the rods but one came out .001. Is that to tight?? Thanks. Im was just making sure because it might of been from me struggling to get the cap off but im just checkin just in case...

Check it again since you think there may have been an error.
If it still comes out to be the same swap one bearing shell with the loosest rod you measured. This should tighten up the looser clearanced rod and give the needed clearance on your tight one. More work, but worth it.
