Thanks.
I was using MPtune in a virtual environment with no network connection. Having auto update is nice, but it needs to be make clear so people know to expect it or have the update downloadable from somewhere else.
Alright, loaded up the LM13 in MPtune2, tried to compile it, it says
"Index was outside the bounds of the array"
"Could not create bin file from compiler output. contact wowzer."
Yeah, there's a problem with some comments in some of the latest templates. I'll fix it later tonight or tomorrow...
Rob L - i think there are some table names also in the LM that are different then what are asked for in the code.

actually, the only one that i found that didn't compile was the atx_78_sl one.
89 Voyager LE, 2.5T2 - rest in peace
87 Charger Shelby T2 (2.4 conversion in process)
Edit: All the T-LM v13 cals compile except the A171 and the 0078 templates.

OK, fixed all the load and compile errors. It was a copy/paste error on my part, not an MP Tune problem.
Sweet!
Reeves - I need a copy of your template (and your PM inbox is full!!!) for the massive retard staging limiter test. I have to change the anti-lag table X-axis limits and the table data...

After a 2 year stint in storage my csx is back on the road and I'm eager to start messing with it again. So, I'm wondering if the S4 cal over in the staged cals thread is based upon this codebase? If so, I'll ease back into it by burning a stage 4 and testing that out.
Rob: if you need something tested, lmk and I can spend some time on Sundays fooling with my car a little bit (as long as I don't blow it up )
Is there any way to get the TPL files updated so that we don't have to copy and paste that info into them? I can't get it to work any way so perhaps it's my fault?
The fuel injector scaling for 3 constants was wrong. wowzer updated MP Tune to correct the scaling. But, if you have a current cal and want to fix the tables, they are:
PWMIN_NoCellUpdateBelow_PWMIN_Pulsewidth
FUELTR_FuelMonitorConversionFactor
POSFUL_AisEnrichmentFuelPulse (only in the SMEC and SBEC code)
PWMIN probably had minimal effect; FUELTR obviously affected the navigator fuel economy figures; and the POSFUL would have an effect on idle fueling and will be worse for bigger injectors. POSFUL is only in the SMEC and SBEC codebases.
If everything is working fine in your cal, I wouldn't worry about it. But, if you have a rich idle issue or want to fix the navigator FE display, you'll need to manually scale these values. Scale them by this formula:
scaling factor = current value * (34.9/injflowrate)^2
MP Tune scaling factors for the common injectors (scale each of the 3 tables above by this factor using 'right click, scale table' from the pop-up menu):
+20's --> 69%
+40's --> 45%
72's --> 23%
Thanks for the updates. I'll give them a try later.
V13's Part Throttle fuel and baseline fuel was way lean. Full throttle fuel was prefect.
