Need a good fuel filter to use before an in-line pump...?

I have two cars that will be running external hi-pressure walbro 255's. One is a TD, one is not. The one that's not a TD is running a custom sump in the gas tank. No provisions for a fuel sock, so I need a good, high flowing filter to put before the walbro. Fuel line size is 3/8, would want the filter to be made for that size or larger. Can anyone suggest a specific filter?

are you just wanting any filter that will fit or are you wanting a specific flow rate for the filter? Any particular micron rating?

Generally when doing this, I would recommend two filters. One before the pump, like one of those 10-micron Earl's cleanable screen jobbies, and another finer filter after the pump. Steve M is using a Mallory fuel filter on his Lebaron with good results. It has replaceable paper cartridges.

    I think this is it.
