Bought a 2.2 TII crank from Norm and got it within a reasonable amount of time and it was packaged great. With us having a little bit of snow here in the Chicago area I was afraid I would come home and see a nice soggy box sitting in the drift out front of the house with a rusty crank inside, but he had it packed in there good, and the freshly machined crank was coated in grease and wrapped in plastic to prevent corrosion.

I haven't had a chance to give him props yet, but I was in Norm's area and picked up a k-frame from him. Great guy to deal with
