I got a bathtub head from the omni 024 I bought and it has alot of work done to it, gasket matched porting and 44mm intake valves. I am intersted in using this head, could I convert it to a roller setup so I can use my F3 Cam?

I run a stock roller cam on my G head. Didn't do anything special. I even used the Cam caps with the squirters in it (figured it woudln't hurt anything...).
Do I use the rocker and lifters from my 782 head or use them from the G head?
What about the lifters?
Same size.
Have you not been to http://www.thedodgegarage.com/turbo_camshaft.html ??
If not, you might want to go there and read.
Yeah I looked this morning, I just didnt find anything saying if I need to use the roller lifters or the g head lifters.
Maybe you didn't use the search function your browser?
The best factory cam according to the specs would be the 84-87 2.2 Turbo I/II camshaft, it has the most duration of all the factory turbo cams. You can run the later roller cams if you wish; they do have a little smoother idle and make less noise but you will lose some duration and overlap (which might not be a bad thing at high boost levels). It's a drop in; just use the roller followers and it will work in any 2.2/2.5 engine. Lifters are the same and there is no need to change them.
Sweet! Thanks for the help!
Remember putting a square tooth gear on a 89' and newer cam meant for round tooth your timing will be off 4 degrees. Thats unless you have a roller cam from an 88', which is square tooth also.
