btw, there is no real obd2 programmable setup for vehicles older than 2001. you use a obd1 ecu and a conversion harness.
edit.... correct link http://forum.pgmfi.org/index.php

Then there are aftermarket companies with either their own ecu (hondata, aem) or a decent piggyback (greddy emanage). 95% of the people using any of these are using forced induction....not too many all motor, but there are some.
pgmfi has real nice writeups on socketing the boards and adding the components to do real time tuning with crome. (neptune isnt free im pretty sure)
there was an issue with crome not addressing stock honda timing limits in the OEM P30 code. when tuning the high rpm vtec timing map on a heavily boosted motor, you couldnt pull out enough timing.
johncui (maker of crome) posted a fix in post 91 of this thread http://forum.pgmfi.org/viewtopic.php...&sd=a&start=90
(link is a jump to post #90) on how to input a script into crome to take care of this issue and it seems to work.
if i were to build a boosted honda, crome is what id use. xenocron (another well known honda tuner) posted his personal crome folder in that thread too for folks to try out.

I'm going to be helping my Nephew work on his Integra. He wants to turbocharge it when he gets back from his tour in the desert.
Thanks again,
My friend has a 94ish Integra GSR built by Slow Motion that makes 603WHP at 25psi. Runs off Hondata.
