    Bad SMEC power boards

I have two SMEC's that have bad power boards in them. I can swap a know good power board into either of them and they work fine. The problems with both of the power boards is that I do not get a spark from the coil with the bad one. Has anyone run into this in the past? I'm just wondering if there's a specific component that could be replaced to get the computers working again. I'm now out of spares and they're getting harder and harder to find around here. I may need to go out to the yard and pick up a few more to have here in case.

Are the power boards the same between the turbo and TBI cars? If not I would snap them up, as I haven't ever heard of anyone fixing them. They always just pitch them and get a new one.
