WTB: turbo P-body front motor mount

I need the front mount that bolts to the block and tranny. I just discovered that when my daughter backed off the edge of the driveway a while back and broke the tranny mount in the CSX, it also twisted the front mount. I want the turbo version that has the extra gusset. I can find the NA version at the junkyard here, but they don't have any turbo cars.

Reply here, PM me, or e-mail jdavidreynolds(at)charter.net.

I have a welded up solid one here, but no 'good' cores if you want a stocker.

I'll probably go pick up a non-turbo one at the jy today, for the time being.

If you do, and the insert is still good in your twisted one, you can swap them, or just fill the voids in the JY one with RTV and let it cure before you install it... does wonders to an old used mount.

Dave, the mounts aren't P-body specific, so one from anything that's not an L-body will fit. Even the minivans use that same front mount bracket. All the cars changed in the 90/91 timeframe however.

Ah, didn't realize that. I've only owned P-bodies and an L-body.

The insert is new; it's just the mount itself that's all bent up.

Re: WTB: turbo P-body front motor mount

I have been making an attempt to get up there and get it...I haven't even had a chance to work on it at all since Dec.

It is being shipped by a buddy up that way Tomorrow...

Sorry...When I said it would take a little while to get, I did not expect this long....If there are any other small parts you need, If I have them I will have him ship as well at no extra charge...
