What could cause code 11 and still have the car running?

Is this on 2.2 turbo car? I've never seen that before.
If it's on a neon or something else then the code 11 has to do with the sync between the cam and crank sensors. If the belt skipped a tooth it may set that code.

Yes is on a 2.2 turbo. It's my GLH wich has an 88 turbo harness and D-Cal flashable setup. The check engine light stays on while running.
It could be a bad program. Have you tried another HEP for sh*ts and giggles?
