A520 hard to get into all gears sometimes

I have a 520 in my sundance. It's been there for maybe 10,000 km now at the most. I got it at the local wreckers. The car it came out of had like 260,000 km on it. Anyway, it's worked well in the beginning except when it was really cold out side. Whenever it was below freezing it would be hard to get into gear and would make a grinding sound when you jam it into gear. This happens in every gear. Lately it has gotton worse. It doesn't seem to matter if it's below zero or not now. Any suggestions? I have tried 10W30 and 5W30 and it doesn't seem to matter. I think there is 5W30 in there now

When I put new oil in mine, it took a few weeks to really feel any changes.

It sounds like maybe your linkages need to be adjusted...that might help a bit.
