I like the Borla system on the SRTs so I'm sure this one will sound gnarly.

Eh.. the Borla system on the SRT-4's don't really have anything that resembles a muffler like that. Basically it's one resonator instead of 2 on the factory system. It's also 2.5" vs 2.25" pipe. And apparently the factory engineers weren't crazy when they made those spaghetti pipes in the rear of the SRT-4. The equal length pipes really cut down on drone.

Wow... Seriously, nobody can make this up!
Well the cat won't be a problem ever again , definetly bit off more then can chew. He came back and finished the job on my wires .......except he completed the circuit this time! Garage smelled like burnt chicken and fur.... As you can imagine it slowed me down a bit while I got a replacement capacitor for the motor he shorted.

I LOVE the way my 3" Borla XR-1 sounds, but I'm sure 16V and 4" will change the tone a bit! LOL
Head was supposed to be back Friday (according to FedEx ground tracking number last week) and I had to work so they would not have left it anyways (sig req) so then it was supposed to be here yesterday... in the morning the tracking website said "out for delivery" and the estimated delivery date was 5/22. AWESOME!
So I'm working in the garage and basement on some other stuff and checking the door every so often and running upstairs every time I hear a diesel truck (my street has almost no traffic) and nada... so about 4pm I check online tracking again and it says estimated delivery date was 5/25 ... WTF? well, whatever, I had some welding to do so I go and do that... Guess I get screwed
About 15 minutes later I go check out front again and there is a door tag (sig required)... tho mofo's stopped by and I had no idea... the garage is open with the radio on, basement door open you can probably hear the welder out front even... but all they musta did is knock on the door.. impatiently cuz its in the afternoon on a Saturday...
So I call FedEx and ask them to leave it at the depot and I'll go pick it up after his route (I do this with UPS all the time!) and they explain how their ground service is entirely independent of their express service and that center has already closed for the day and there is no way to get it till Tuesday!? So I ask them to contact the driver and I'll give him $20 if he can bring it back... and they said they cannot contact the driver unless the center is open cuz they gotta go thru them .. WTF!? So I tell them that I'm not gonna be here to sign on Tuesday, leave it at the station and leave work early and pick it up so I dont just get another door tag...
The really stupid part of it all is that when you check the tracking there is no way to tell them to leave it at the station or anything, so in all actuality for someone working 5 days a week the only day I would ever be home to sign is Saturday, and there is no way to tell them to leave it at the station before the 1st drop off attempt. And then there is no way to get it that night and not even for sure the next day... compared to this... UPS Ground FTW!
Sorry for the rant, just frustrated... its like Christmas morning and I found out Santa got delayed!
Luckily I have a few other things to work on to keep me busy...
