Rampage rear disc - GTC vented?

Pulled a set of vented rears from a Lebaron GTC this weekend, but may be a bit beefy for a Rampage. These just bolt up, no big issues? The car is still mostly whole, TI motor; so I may go back and try to grab that too. Can the front spindles also be gotten for a rampage or do they need to be minivan spindles?

The rears work, you can modify the e-brake cables to work the drum.

Front's, if using stock Rampage struts, you'll need to modify the spindles to fit.

You also need the matching prop valve or use a couple adjustable units.

Vented are overkill on a Rampage, lol.

I'd agree that vented rears are overkill on 99% of the Rampages, however if you are moving heavy loads or racing it...

Re: Rampage rear disc - GTC vented?

Anyone got a set of non vented rears willing to trade? Worst case I can take the non-vented set I was gonna put on the Omni. With rear vented and non vented, do they just use different rotors? Can I just swap them and call it?

If you're going to tow with a 2500lb. vehicle, why not roll the dice on the brakes too?

You need the whole setup for each. I don't believe the backing plates or calipers are interchangeable.

    Offer still stands, regardless.

You should get someone to take you up on it pretty quickly I would think. The non-vented rears are easy to find. If you don't get it sorted out in a few days let me know. I'll pick up a set locally and we can trade them out.
