running rich+no boost and boost gauge at 0

86 s/cstock computer intell stage 3 comes +40s afpr wrx-bov 2 1/2 inch top intercooler pipe and the bottom pipe is 2in.The boost gauge is sayiong 0lb of vaccume and when u rev it up it moves so i think there is a vacumm leak or something. I have the afpr turned out alot and my a/r gauge is the very last led on rich.I can't control the idel so i turned it up myself and my timing is bouncing a round but the line don't go apasted 12 is i think im close. When i get in the car no boost and i really no sure what kind of turbo.The WG is hooked up.On the turbo compresser side the a/r is 50 and the exhaust is 48 a/r.So does anyone have any ideal what could it be?My turbo on the part were you put the air filter goes it will fit alittle bit inside my buddys 20g turbo

What fuel pressure are you running?

Check the WG arm, as it could have come off the SV.
