    where are my parts?

    I placed and paid for order #8907 on Sept 14th. Before I ordered this large amount of parts ($1,873.20 USD) I called in and talked to Cindy to make sure that everything was in stock, she assured me everything was, but the TIII cal may need my core because she might be out of stock on cores but she assured me it would only take a few days once my core came in.

    Sept 14th: get an email from fwd confirming payment as followed:

    I'll get working on it asap, and shipped out in the next few days.

    Sept 17th: sent another email asking if it has been shipped out yet and if I could have the tracking info

    Sept 25th: Cindy replied with the following message:
    Yes, I'll dig up the number and email you tomorrow!

    **So here she is saying that it was shipped out**


    Sept 28th: sent another email asking what’s going on because never got the tracking number

    Oct 1st: sent another email, and now my machinist are getting annoyed
    Called my mailbox and they told me nothing has arrived from fwd’s address (remember I was told it was shipped)

    It’s now Oct 10th! Almost a month has gone by and I still don’t have my parts that were in stock!!!
    I’ve been calling everyday now since Oct 5th and no one is answering.

    Can some one please tell me what’s going on!? I need these parts here NOW

    Is it just us Canadians who have trouble with orders? They do take a long time sometimes (TU included) but always good products

    I've not had problems with FWD. I place orders online and get my stuff. Go figure...

    The tracking number was
    506445760048432 and is scheduled for deleivery in WA on the 18th.

    Sorry i cant call you regarding this Cindy as ill be at work and away from my phone for the rest of the week but....
    Any update on my SBEC cal? My engine is ready and ill need the cal asap!
