Whatever size pipe that fill fit your intercooler hose. Go out to your car, remove that hose and measure.

Anyway, 2.25" is pretty much what the stock is. It should work fine.

You can run any size you want but 2 1/4 or 2 1/2 are the common ones.

To mount the Talon bov, you cut the stock talon pipe/mounting flange in half, then put it onto a piece of pipe, put it into a vice and crush to flatten out the flange you've created. Mark the center and cut that out with a die grinder, whatever. Then weld the flange and pipe together, paint and voila, done. I'll post pics of mine tonight.

That DSM pipe WILL fit a stock lower intercooler hose, if you're willing to cut it. Just remember they're getting pretty hard to find.

+1. The stocker is 1-1/2" ID between the turbo and IC, IIRC. I cut mine long ago and recently noticed that the stock Talon pipe fit right on. I have a spare intact one.

    Re: bov pipe size?

found a lower i/c hose in the J-yard that had batter acid dripped on it right where you would cut it out for a BOV. Perfect! So I cut it, Then heated it up and shoved it over a 2.25" pipe. At the other end I used some hose from a 3.0V6 that goes from the TB to airbox. Which slips right on the i/c and 2.25" pipe.

    Re: bov pipe size?

I'm adding my 1st gen BOV to the 2.5" IC tubing made for the TC, I had a hard time finding a suitable flange but then one popped up on Ebay for $9.75 buy it now. It's a bunch of work to do it this way, probably whay its still not done and I've had the valve back for 3 weeks now. BTW Thanks for doing the high boost mod on the valve Jay, I see you're on this thread

I'll put up pics as it moves along, so far just measuring and marking...
