SHIPPING INFORMATION

All turbocharger assemblies and turbocharger related products are built to your particular specifications. Therefore please allow us enough time to customize your order. In most cases in-stock parts and accessories will be shipped out within 48 hours from order. Custom products and vendor drop ships may take longer. If you are in need of a specific product, do not assume it is an "in stock" item. Please contact us for an estimated ship time. ALL POSTED SHIP TIMES (on our website or any message boards) ARE AN ESTIMATE.

SHIPPING AUTOMATICALLY UPGRADED ON MOST PACKAGES LESS THEN 5 POUNDS

Because of a software issue we are still having with our site, sometimes customer shipping costs on lighter packages is excessive. In order to compensate, TU normally upgrades most packages under 5 pounds and within the US to USPS Priority Mail. Delivery confirmation numbers are provided via email and those packages are usually received within 2-3 days. If the customer prefers slower ground shipping and a refund for the higher shipping costs all that is required is "REFUND SHIPPING/SEND VIA GROUND" be placed in the note section of their order.

TU uses UPS as our shipping company for packages over 5 pounds. All orders are shipped UPS ground for delivery within the continental United States. Expedited delivery is available and the options are presented during checkout. If you have "special" needs for shipping, you may include a message in the note section during your order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cashiers Check, Money Orders, Bank Checks, and Personal Checks. All Credit/Debit Card orders go through Pay Pal. Please make checks out to: Turbos Unleashed, Inc. Orders will not ship until personal funds are verified.

ORDER & RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. It is solely up to TU whether a purchased good falls under the return policy. If you feel the need to return a product to TU, you may be charged anywhere up to a 15% restocking fee. You must get an authorization from TU before sending the product back for return. All products being returned to TU must be packaged well, unused, and include all parts that were shipped in the original order. Credits may take up to TEN business days to post to your statement.
