Engine keeps running without key???

So I have a 91 ECU in my 92 R/T. Today when I turned the key off and removed it the engine kept running and the indicator lights were on real dim. You know like when you turn the key to the on position with the engine off? It's almost like I'm getting some kind of feedback from something or a sneak circuit somewhere. Anyone had this before when using a 91 ECU on a 92 or 93 R/T?

I had the excat same thing when I tried to run my '92 T1 Daytona on a '91 computer. It kept running until I pressed the brake pedal, then it died. There are some differences in the 60-way (only a couple). I think if you change the appropriate pins, you can fix that.
