    what knuckles would i need for an 88?

    1988 chrysler lebaron j-body and im looking into doing the 11" big brake system my question is what year knuckle and caliper bracket will i be looking for. The 89/90 with the big brake system....right


    Cause i posted a want to buy and a person reponded with 92 knuckles from an R/T ........will that work i was told their different after 91

    Ones from an 89-90 Daytona Shelby or GTC Lebaron will be your best bet.

    The 92 R/T parts will bolt up but they mess with the steering geometry if you don't change the control arms too. On an 88 that would require you to also change out the K-frame to work with the newer style control arms.

    Man, i thought so cause in a previous post someone stated that thank god you guys did cause i was about to buy them.
