So did the automatics...or at least the 4 that I've had did. I don't put them back in when I swap in a 5-speed, never noticed a difference.

Why is car being parted? Too bad soo far away, would really love to have another 89 GTC TII A555 convertible.
I will offer $5.00 for the fender tag (mounted to radiator support via two phillips screws) including shipping (throw in envelope) if it is readible.

Parting anything and everything lately, not just Turbo cars.
Matt, I was under the car when we pulled the engine out, it had the typical wisconsin cancer going on. It had some previous accident damage, the rust, and a trans that wouldn't go into gear, enough things to keep it from being worth repairing for most people. Jeff has got a nice 89 GTC that he converted to a TII/555 car a few years back (red car with a rare red top) so he's familiar with how rare these are. I figure it's better that he picked this one up and is getting the parts off it into an enthusiasts hands as opposed to the car ending up in the junkyard and getting crushed.
