My 85 Lebaron
Here are some pics of my 85 lebaron vert.
I have converted it from a t1 to a t2 by installing wiring from an 88 Daytona. Unfortunately the engine I bought from a local wrecker is not a genuine t2 but one built by an enthusiast to be a t2. It will do for the time being. I took it for a test run yesterday and there are still some electrical issues, parasitic drain, which I am having trouble diagnosing. Also some transmission problems as it would not kick down. There is awesome power there and she pulls well.
A couple of the pics are of the modified dash I made. I installed the dash from an 88 Daytona for the basics, speedo etc. For my boost gauge, a/f gauge and oil pressure I made a pod that fits where the radio used to and I then used the centre dash console from the Daytona to create a new radio location. It is not very professional and I have more work to do but it is a start.

Re: My 85 Lebaron
How do you tell a true TDer? The engine compartment is cleaner than the interior.
Looks good!!

Very nice car. I hope that someday my 600 is going to be half as good looking as that.
