My next-door neighbor here in Columbia, S.C. (very near I-77) has a one-owner '96 Caravan with dual sliding doors, high miles ~200k I think, recent Michelin tires, battery, and replaced transmission (at our local "good guy" shop). Never seen road salt of course. Charcoal paint not bad, some parking lot dings, probably AC pressure needs a bump. [He's a really great neighbor, (fmr.) officer and gentleman, wish all were as honest, polite etc. as he is. Can't speak for him, but you'd probably get a very fair deal.]
