The 86 GLH is still here, biggest issue is no title, previous owner had it titled as an 88 horizon with the VIN plate laying on top of the original. It's been on ebay twice and through a few owners over the last 5 years, was abandined at a shop for a few years before that.

A carfax with the VIN may help. Sometimes you can have a dealer help you with that as well if you know one personally they have the power to get a title without a bill of sale or if you know a towing company owner they can do the same. I know a guy in Kingston who might help you out guys.

Correction on the GLH with no title, it's an 85 but has a newer rear hatch with the center brake light so I always think it's an 86. I'm sure the title could be figured out on the car, but I haven't had time to mess with it. I've got 25+ cars and have been working 60-80hrs a week all this summer, been hard to get anything accomplished.

Did you ever fix the brake line leak on the '86 convertible? Can I drive it from your place to Detroit? Probably a 6 hour haul?
If he hasn't fixed it yet I owe Dave some favors. Basically you come over to his place and buy it I will come up there and help you get it to the point it "should" make the trip. Did that with the VNT shadow my mom now has. Car sat for over a year due to a fire under the hood(very small). I replaced all I could on the spot and she runs good and made the trip quite well 5 hours to Indy.
