If they are 7/16 inch in diameter and I assume they are, Spec sheet says 70 lbs with moly lube or 85 lbs with 30w motor oil.

Gaboon, we know how your reading is,

So I overlook stuff from time to time......

But I just looked at the torque specs you linked and I did see 65 lbs for main studs.
I do again have the spec sheet here in front of me and it does say for the 7/16 studs, it is 70 ft lbs with molly lube or 85 lbs with 30 wt oil.

As for the rod bolts, you are correct, 50 is right for the regular 3/8 rod bolts using molly lube but if you are using 3/8 ARP 2000 rod bolts as I did with the new rods, it is 25 lbs + 55 deg using the torque and angle method or .0056 to .0060 recommended stretch.

Well mine said 65 ft/lbs so I guess use either. I honestly don't believe 5 ft/lbs will do anything,

Depending on when you bought your set, the values may have changed. I just got mine in June through Turbos Unleashed.

5 lbs between friends ain't nothin'
