I don't really expect there's any way of doing it, would just be kinda neat to have the image and the text all shuffle over to the middle. With just the text centered it looks like pants, lol.
The CENTER command (along with the Fonts, which is also good) is very handy for headings etc if you're writing guidelines / FAQs and so on, since it allows you to make it look much more like a full formatted document ...
