    Atb Diff 3 Spd Auto

I should have pics of Gary Peloquin's ATB diff for the chrysler 3 spd auto in a few days.
This comes with bearings and the large left side bearing retainer.
No spacer or longer bolts are required. Also has 6 planet gears (oBX has 4 quaiffe has 5) So it will be that much more effective and wear less.
    Also lifetime warranty.
Made from Billet E8620 material. And made in USA
    Cost is 1025USD + shipping.
I will have one here in a week or so if you want to check it out will be going into my Rampage eventually.

I assume the diff cover would also not need to be modified? What is the availability... right now?

Did a slight bit of research. There are a few VW guys running his diffs with good results. Cannot wait to find out more. Keep us posted, Dean!

When I was on the VW boards, a Peloquin was the diff to have.

Re: Atb Diff 3 Spd Auto (Spoiler pic inside )

Mine is already on it's way (2nd one built after Deans ). I hung in long enough and can't wait. It's for the "Special Purpose" project.

No diff cover mod needed I'm told.

Thanks to Dean for helping Gary P. out!!!!

Sorry if I spilled the beans early Dean, Gary said it was okay to post a pic. But I couldn't wait to show folks!

OBX install in an auto with spacer and bolts, about $600. So for an extra $400ish you get a better built and machined (way better alloy also I'm sure) unit with an extra planetary, bearings, bearing retainer, and the BS factor eliminated of trying to find bolts and a spacer and grinding the case and modding the cover? And a lifetime warranty to top it off? I'd say this make the extra 400 bucks well worth it in case anyone was thinking $1000 was sounding too expensive. Hope this Gary guy has more on the way.

Yep, my thoughts also ($$$ and the no extra weight to sling around). Drop it in and go!

And if there's a problem with the unit I know I'll get support. Try that with the OBX units (I have one of the first TD OBX units ever built). No regrets (so far) but I didn't want to test it with the new TIII setup (well over 650hp is planned ).

Try Chris at TurbosUnleashed. He's just about ready to update his website with the info. (Just got off the phone with him.)

Looks killer! Glad to see somthing like this finally come our way. But for me, I think its obx, I need to be as thrifty as possible, thats out of my reach.

Now if we could just get Trick Flow, Edelbrock or Canfield do up a bolt on 8V head for us.... I would work my hoes overtime for that.

might as well weigh it also to compare to an OBX+spacer+bolts ect..

Its nice that it uses the large bearing, and looks stout. I'm sure Dean will give it some thurough punishment w/ the 2.4.

Mine showed up today. Looks really good and profesional compared to OBX.

However I didn't read Deans post all the way through and it appears he's going to sell them. So I'll defer to him since he started this thread (sorry Dean ) and he did a lot of work to make this possible. So he should make some noise about it and not me....
