I found it in the dealer system - I don't know what number or anything yet as I just bought it w/o seeing it in person. Was it any of yours by chance?

Nice car. I'm not a fan of the Lancers, but nice find anyways.

One of the two automatical TII factory car...
How much did you pay for it?
How did you go about finding this pup?!
BTW, I thought you were getting out of SL's hahaha!
Nice find Im interested in how you went about finding it myself.
It must have been at a car auction by the looks of it. It also appears to have an SDAC sticker in the front windshield. It must have belonged to someone that knew what it was.

Yup, it was at a dealer auction. I thought I was getting out of them, yup. I will likely not be keeping this. No time/room for 2 TDs. I will see if I will resell as-is or fix it up a lil. There is some minor rust on the rear 1/4 and of course it was hit slightly in the RR. Looks like new carpeting and salvageable leather... Hope it runs good too
That's cool you found it through an auction, but how were you able to search for this through an auto auction? I know the local auctions around here (one of them in which I worked for) bring the cars in on a Monday, label 'em, and out they go on Thursday or Friday depending on how big the sale is.
Its all online. It was actually my buddy who found it just browsing through the list of cars for sale in coming auctions Saw lancer es, and knew I would be interested if it was turbo. He brought me some pics and needless to say, I was bidding the next tuesday. He found it on a wednesday or so, might have been up for searching a week before it went across.
Ohhhh, thanks, I was wracking my brain thinking factory as in Whittier Shelbys
Very nice find. I always thought the lancer would make a great all around car and nice BMW sedan killer on the freeways. I loved mine, but the rot was so severe it was scary.
