    Pumping Efficiency Table

I've been planning my NA 2.4 DOHC engine for a while now, and one of the items I needed to figure out was how to convert a cal so that the Pumping Efficiency table was scaled from 50-150% instead of the stock 0-100% (since it's possible to get better than 100%% VolEff from a NA engine with large cam overlap).

And, well, I figured it out. So, if anyone wants a SMEC cal with the PumpEff table re-scaled to 50-150%, just let me know. If there's a big enough demand, I could just update the base cals posted in the repository...
