I've got it off right now. There was no o-ring in there, but it looks like it was made for one.
Also, do I need to use any sealant or other product (anti-seize?) on the threads of the bolts?

There is a gasket that goes between the pipe and the turbo, then a silicone-NOT heater hose is used for the drain back hose. There are no o-rings used on the feed line either.

I picked up a new silicone hose from TU and a couple of gaskets. It was on there with a gasket and a good amount of what looks like RTV. I bolted it back up with a new gasket and no RTV and now the slow leak I had is a much worse leak.
I'll pull it off again and check the flange to see if it's straight.
Any ideas?
Thanks
Are you sure you got the old gasket off, they can get pretty baked on there. You shouldn't need any type of sealant, I have done many and never used any. Check the pipe flange for flatness.

Yeah, there wasn't much to take off, it was a really clean removal. I'm thinking the RTV was on there to take up the gap that a warped flange might have left. I'll check it out.
Thanks again
Simon... why no heater hose? There are two kinds..... the junky cheap black stuff and then the red/pink kind with the double layer and threads between the layers....

Thanks for the help Simon, I pulled the line and the flange was warped pretty good. I got it nice and flat and put it back on with a new gasket (dry) and it looks like that did the trick.
