    wtb horn button/pad for glhs steering wheel

    have a nice wheel and just a pad but no horn button let me know if you have one thanks

    He's talking about the metal piece that the pad actually sits on prior to being screwed down flush with the steering wheel. Without it, the horn won't be able to work because there wouldn't be anything to apply force behind the pad. We'll check around here but I do not think we have any extras.

    i was thinking about that but i think the pad snaps into it

    This piece is also the same on the early 024 and TC3 cars.

    I didn't think GLHS' had a horn. Mine doesn't. And the pad doesn't really push in or click either.

    It has one.... Horns have been required on cars for a very very long time as a safety feature.

    The pad has contacts behind it for a horn but they tend to short out so someone might have disabled it.
