No answer. I found some "drawings" that were missing some specs, but really just ended up making a 1 off steel 24 hole spacer from measurements taken off the OBX and stock diff.

I tried replying to this a while back, but the forums were down...

found the measurements from "Custom Neon" here http://forums.neons.org/viewtopic.php?f=48&t=241456

The outside diameter of the lip on the differential is 4.555" which is roughly 4 9/16".
The lip on the top of the spacer should match that of the lip on the differential. (4.555" or 4 9/16")
Inside diameter of the bottom side of the spacer should be 4.658" or roughly 4 11/16" the spacer should fit snugly around the lip on the differential. Not to tight as to not be able to turn it to line up the holes but tight enough so that it won't slip off when you invert the diffreential.
The inside of the top lip should be 4.008" or roughly 4 1/16".
Overall thickness is 1 7/32 is actually 1.2188 (height, top to bottom).
Easiest way to start it is get yoruself a piece of thickwall black pipe about 6-7" in diameter with a 3 - 3.5" hole in the center. Then have it milled to spec.

I used to have pictures of mine with all the measurements but I've since lost them. Eventually I'll have the differential back out of it so I can take them again, but it's not going to be for a while yet.

That's basically what I has to go off of also, but it's still missing some measurements, like bolt circle.

It's steel, because we did a 24 hole spacer. I'm not sure exactly what material it is, as I'm not the machinist. I left that to my uncle who did it for me. We did the 24 hole because it was much easier to source shorter or factory bolts that we know would handle the load. And it was cheaper to get the shorter or factory bolts than the long ones. I wasn't worried about the little bit of extra rotational weight it adds and much more comfortable with the strength.
