Clutch cables - all the same?

Dealer stock is getting thin for L-body clutch cables. Will any TD clutch cable substitute? (I haven't bothered to go look at the SL and compare to the GLH)

Just be careful with napas clutch cables make sure you match them up before putting it on. I found the ball points of the cable were it mounts on the strut tower to be shorter is some cases i almost messed up a brand new clutch doing that 5th gear would slip. I recommend talking to chris at TU or some other vender

I had a local parts store (Lee) get me 3 clutch cables for my Z and none of them were the same length or worked. NAPA got me one and it worked well.

Napa has always been a notch above most parts stores. Not only that but most of the time the guys at the counter are actual car guys as well.
