    Weatherpack connectors?

The TPS connector on the Spirit is loose, and has been causing some random surging and the occasional code 24. A zip tie wrapped around one of the vacuum barbs on the TB and back to the connector has it sorted out for now, but it's at best a temporary (and unsightly) solution. I have another TPS connector with a 6" pigtail cut from a junkyard car, but I'd really rather not cut and splice wires to use it. Is there any good way to disassemble a weatherpack connector and crimp or solder new wires to the terminals? Or, should I just quit worrying about it, and splice the new pigtail in with solder and shrink tubing?
    Thanks in Advance,
    Tony

Nevermind. I ended up pulling the stock connector apart and crimping the terminals a little. Fits nice and snug now.

Download the catalog from Terminal Supply Co. I have made new connectors for several parts.
