    Fs Glht 1986

    Description: 1986 GLHT Omni. 2.2L motor rebuilt by previous owner. Has 500 miles on it. 555/520 hybrid tranny with OBX, large equal length axle shafts, newer performace brakes all corners, newer suspension, Rusted floors cut out and welded in new metal with truck liner coating. Car does need some work still but $1500 put into tranny alone with new 2 and 3 gears, new bearings, drain plug upgrade, new seals etc.

    The bad. Headliner is falling in needs recover. Rear hatch shocks shot. Rear wiper needs new motor. No stereo or speakers. Minor work to put interior door panels back on the doors.

    I also have a ton of extra parts I was going to use for build up. IF you buy the car, you have first option to purchase the parts. Teaser: 2 piece intake, GLHS gauge cluster, bigger throttle bodies, bigger injectors, 2.5 short block and G head...Just to mention a few things.

    Hey I know this car! When you were towing it home, I was the guy behind you in the garnett red/silver Shelby Charger haha. It's good to see that something good came of that car.

    Do all the gauges work and function properly?

    I assume no e-brake due to the apparent cinder block stops?

    How are the lower doors and undercarriage?

    Gauges all work.

    E-brake DOES work. Those pics were what was sent to me when I bought it. Not sure why the brick was there other than the tranny was destroyed, which should make a difference.

    There is some mild rust in areas on the frame. Nothing through. Just browning. Lower doors showing a little browning as well but nothing that can't be sanded and painted.

    The floors were the worst and were replaced with new welded in metal.

    Not doing anymore wrenching for a while. Want to sell both cars as a whole and sell my parts.

    Right now, I am finishing up a 500hp CJ7 for a buddy and after that, I am taking a break.

    Your good at parting...Buy the car and sell off the parts
