    FS: Suspension and A555 trans

Have some left over items that may be of use to someone, so here goes:

PB rear say bar with brackets & bushings. Never used. Have been living in my closet for almost 2 yrs. $125 shipped

Solid rear axle with PB axle to frame bushings. Was like magic on my 86 Z. The handling was great and felt VERY controlled in turns. Also have brand new 11" vented rotors and rear calipers with 5k on them bought new. Rear calipers were about $220 new, PB axle to frame bushings were $75 new (they do not were out), new rotors were $74 new (have not been used) and brand new e-brake pads and new hardware. Just over a $400 value, asking $200 picked up. Will to travel to assist in purchase.

A555 trans originally from an 87 shelby, and temporarily used in my 86 Z. No longer have the shifter and cables, but I do have the 5sp mount bracket and a brand new trans mount that will be included. $200 plus shipping.

Will post any other items if found. Thanks.

Is the tranny in good shape IE no grinding gears or problems?

I'll take the rear axle. I may be able to come pick it up this weekend. PM me with details about picking it up, like if you are willing to me halfway? Also, does it have the steel brake lines that lead into the rubber lines that go to the caliper? Thanks

The only issue I can recall was it grinding from time to time engaging reverse.

Did you shift to first gear first before reverse?

Once it made that sound engaging, yes. Mind you, is was not a fight to engage reverse. Just made that sound that time.

Well, I bought the cables a while back - nice, smooth!
I may be planning a trip (with MapQuest) - not sure. Still in Apt #XX3?
Let's discuss the A-555 offline, OK?
