WTB: Shelby Charger air deflector

I need that air deflector that bolts to a Shelby Charger k-frame. It directs air up toward the turbo. I kept forgetting to put it on and now I can't find it. It must have gotten lost during the move. I'd prefer one in very good to perfect condition.

Same as a GLH ? Never knew what that piece of sheetmetal was...now it makes perfect sense. I might have an extra one off one of my GLH's , but won't get a chance to look for about a week .

Ray I'm sure you've seen one. It's the metal shield looking piece about 8" wide with a piece of rubber stapled to the bottom. It screws to the K-frame with 2 10mm screws and usually cuts your arm up when working on the back of the engine unless you remove it.

Kevin, I'll look through the one's I've got, most are caked in grease and grime, but they may clean up like new.

If you have the bolts, I'll take a pair of them too. I can't for the life of me remember what I did with it. I guess losing that air deflector, a soldering iron, and a push broom ain't bad for an 85 mile move.

I loose more than that walking across my garage .

I know I had one on my Daytona years ago that I misplaced (back when I first got my GLH). I haven't seen one on any other car I've ever owned. If you look on the front of the K-member there should be two bolt holes on the passenger side. That's where the piece bolts on.

Kevin, I looked through a few of my misc parts boxes and didn't find one, but I've got 3 L-body parts cars here so one them has to have one. I'll see if I get time later this week to jack one up and pull that part off for you.
