    A-568

Will the A-568 that I have out of a 91 T-I Daytona bolt right up to my 90 Daytona VNT?

    Why is there a 568 in a T1 Daytona?

But, yes, it will bolt up, there may be a difference in clutch disks, I'm not positive on that.

The transmission will bolt up, but 91 can't use 90's clutch.

You'll have to get a clutch (or at least the friction disc) for an R/T.

'91 TI Daytonas and LeBarons got the 568. At least all the ones I've seen did.

    Most T1 are auto anyways.

To this date, I still havn't been able to located a A568 in junkyard in last 4 years. Trust me, I look hard. I have 5 A555 in my stroage that says I do look hard.

NOT all 91-92 TI got A568, only the high torque models.

So what kind of clutch am I going to have to use? And why would that be different? Isn't the trans still the same thing?

They changed the input shaft dia., so you will need a larger spline clutch disk.

So if I just buy the 91+ clutch from cindy that would work right?

    Re: A-568

To be correct the 91 daytona was a HT 2.5 t1 so it has small spline 568 which means he can use any small spline clutch kit tho I would say just use the 4 puck ceramic and t3 pressure plate like I did with my 555..

Your leg will be sore for a few days while you get used to it but after that its awesome...

Nope, my 91' TI had a "Large" spline A-568, so will an A-523 from that year and up, so he needs a large spline clutch.
