need 2.5 turbo SMEC

I am having electrical problems with my 88 Shelby Z it has a 90 2.5 out of a caravan. after driving around for a good portion of the day I went home to take care of some things and went out ot leave again it wouldnt start. it cranks and seems to be getting fuel but no spark. I took it to my buddy who knows turbo dodge cars and he told me today that he has checked everything short of the computer and has found nothing out of the ordinary. I would be greatly appreciative if someone has an extra SMEC for sale to let me know.

This car still has an 88 wiring harness as far as I know, so does the 90 ECU work? I don't know ECU's for these things very well, as I've never dealt with them going out or what not. Anyone?

88 and 89 are SMEC, 90 is SBEC.

So if the car still has the 88 wiring in it what you would probably want is an 89 SMEC from a 2.5L car. I have a few of these but I'm not sure if any are from 5 spd cars.

Sorry for not keeping up with the thread. I already got a SMEC and it was hooked up today and the car is running. I definately know where to go if I need anymore parts.
