FS 91 Daytona TII electric blue

I got this daytona from a friend of mine on the boards and I hate to say it but, it just sits in my driveway. I don't really have a place to work on it or the urge right now with the cold. So I'm just looking to get rid of it, it was suppose to be my winter beater but it smells inside and the body is too nice to let the salt eat it away..

The good.

motor is a stock TII 2.2 motor, runs good
auto tranny shifts good
solid body and underbody, no body rust, just some dings and scratches,
electric blue
will come with 16" pumpers or white snow flakes.
headlights work
drives good

The bad,
needs new carpet and seats, must have gotten some water inside the car, smells musty.
needs rear window re-sealed(seal is comming off)
windshield washer sprayer in the back is popped out(just needs popped back)
ding on pass front fender, scratches on pass side rear quarter
clearcoat peel
has an oil leak
radio sucks
typical daytona door sag.
needs 91+ center console sail panels
headliner failing

asking $1500 obo I'll be posting pics shortly. (the car in my sig) I'll consider trading + cash for a nice v6 5-speed car in, preferably, better condition

Hmm, seriously considering this, T2 and blue, only wish it was 5spd... but I already have the console just need the trans.. I was just offered $1200 for my 90 'tona..

It does run and drive correct? so IF i get it i will be able to drive it back to PA?

Runs and drives, It should make it to PA but hasn't been tested on that far of a drive since the new engine. To play it safe i would have it towed.

But bryan has driven it more than me so i would wait to see what he has to say about it.

Well that would be my last option... My girls truck doesnt have a hitch... stupid GM crap..

well, I've driven it for about 30 minutes total and then have started and let it run for about 30minutes everyweek since I've gotten it.. So, me personally would probably have it towed.

eh... Let me see if this guy is really interested and has the cash and Ill let you know. I wont be coming up alone so if something godforbid does happen i'll be able to tow it, but if it runs and drives i dont see why it wouldnt make it....

I would drive it around but, then I'd have to title and plate it and I really don't feel like spending money on a car I'm trying to get rid of....
