    Crank Sprocket Question

I need the width of the Crank Sprocket or any dimensions that you guys can give me. I'm going to find a way to make one.

    Thanks,
    Joe

Its the same diameter as a round tooth one, when I take mine apart, I'll measure it.

sure it's 1.960 " wide, that is total width. there is a spacer that is machined in it that makes it a little wider, now just the width of the belt area is 1.853"
there are also recessed area's too.you'll need alot of dimentions.. not to mention special tooling..

There is a place up the street that specializes in sprockets and gears. I was going to see if they can't match it up with something else and see if I can get a machine shop to tap some holes.

I'm going to wait until I have a used one in my hands when I do talk to them.

    Thank you

I actually found one locally, thanks for the offer . I should take it in to see if they can find a duplicate. Maybe I'll do that tomorrow or next week.
