http://www.edgeracing.com/2003/Dodge...RT4/wheels/17/ (click 17 on lt side)

i like the 5th wheel down, flik ftd.

also the 37th, 38th, and 39th, razer74 look tight even tho theyre 17x7

    can the 17x7.5s fit also?

i want the widest and lightest possible for autox use.

yes indeed those wheels will fit. The FTD's are what I like, and will be my next wheel.

17x8 w/ a 245/40/17 is a good size that should fit(might need coilovers in front, not sure)

I think the G and A bodies have about the same size wheel wells and fender clearence

A 17x8 has to have an offset less then 35mm. I have 35mm offset and can't stick my finger between the rim and the strut.

But at 35mm, it DOES work? What size tires?

same here w/ 245x45x17 x 7.5" wide(+35mm), these are too tall for stockish struts, and w/ soft springs up front will prob beat up your fenders also

i have the 17x8 flik FTDs +35mm offset with 245/40r17 on my dynasty, fits all around with no spacers. HOWEVER, depending on your ride height theres a good chance it will rub on hard bumps/dips. may need to roll your fenders if you are lowered much.

I like those. If those came in a 40 mm offset, I'd be ordering them. I bet they'd rub like crazy on my car.

What offset were/are factory Mopar 17" wheels? If you use them as a guide I bet you could find out what you need for offset on those. I do think the widest factory 17" wheels are only 7" wide though so that may throw my suggestion out the window.

the only way i can look up aftermarket wheels for my car is to go under neon srt4. tirerack says the srt4 offset is +35.

Chrysler is pretty consistent on that type of stuff. See if you can check what the offset is for the PT Cruiser Turbo with 17" wheels and as far as the widest, also see if they show offset for the Stratus R/T sedan as they used a 17" x 7" wheel in the 100mm pattern. If all of those are the same, then I would feel pretty safe on using that number.

Frank, I think I asked you this before but I forgot. Do you think the 245/40/17 tire would have fit on your car with the 17x8 AR1 wheels? Or will coil overs on the front be necessary?

I am pretty positive they would have and I highly recommend it because right now my rims are flush with the curb saver.

17x7" w/ 225/45/17 w/ +37mm offset worked for me with a 5mm spacer, but just barely up front. (couldn't find anything over here I liked with a +35)

how in the world do you search for wheels just using measurement requirements?

The dummy safe system doesnt help look for custom applications.
