    ASD fuse blown, relay location?

This is for a friend of mine. It is a mopar but not a turbo. I was hoping someone might know anyway. Their car is a 1999 Plymouth Breeze with a 2.0 . It cranks but wont start and he says the asd fuse is blown out and keeps on blowing out. Could it just be the asd relay? if so where is it located. I am not too familar with these newer models.

    Thanks for the help

    Tom

The fuse is in the PDC right beside the battery, if it blows that fuse it will usually need a new starter.
