My GLHS sgII Lm would not flash the codes when I first got my omni, but when I replaced the cluster it would. I think it was a bad bulb for the power loss lamp in the cluster.

Your probably onto their problem. My stage 2 has had no problems flashing codes, other than the time I put a hosed cal in it

Simon, I ran the test with the jump to the coil, it's a pretty cool test. It's fun to hear the fuel flowing thru the rail, for a second a though damm there's a leak in my fuel system. Anyhow when I press my return line the pressure jumps quickly to 100psi.

Finally found the problem, thank god! It turned out to be a bad ground. The one brown wire that bolts into left side of the cylinder head. It was barely making contact at the plug. I'll look at the schematics and see what circuit it belongs to, it must be a very important ground cause the car won't even start if is not connected.

By the way, I found my top end The car now seems to go on and on and on, allmost as if I had taller gears all of the sudden. I'm sure I need better calibration, that will be the next step along with a better intercooler.
