We have a sub-forum here for SDAC members only. To gain access to it, first you need to be an SDAC member in good standing (dues paid up).
Then click on "Settings" up at the top of the page (upper right). In the menu on the left, scroll down to, and click on Permission Groups. Click on the SDAC Members Only group. It will be helpful if you include your real name in the comments when you click on the box for the group as we may not be familiar with your screen name.
At least every couple days, sometimes every day, JT will check to see if there are requests pending and then he can approve your request. From then on the SDAC Members Only forum will be seen on the main forum page when you login.
This is the only way your request can be approved for your admission to the forum. The board software does not permit us to add anyone that has not performed the above actions.
Periodically we will prune the allowed list of names because of membership expriation. If you find that you used to be allowed in the SDAC Members Only forum and are not any more, it is probably because you let your SDAC membership expire.
In that case to regain access to the SDAC Members Only forum, it will be necessary to renew your SDAC membership and then follow the above instructions again.
