Hey, I've been planning an OBX install in my '91 Daytona Shelby, and it has the '91 A523, 3.50 FD. The car will likely be making around 350 WHP by springtime, and I'll be putting a heavier clutch in, figured I'd do the diff too. I was wondering if the OBX is a direct replacement into an A523. Also, if somebody has pics or a step by step guide for the diff replacement, that would help. I'm not familiar with FWD differentials.

Also, what would be the best way of tackling it? Pulling the engine, or working from the driver side axles, then inward? I'd rather not pull the engine, and I've done the passenger side drive-axle pull a few times for turbo swaps, and have got pretty good at it.

Thanks!
